TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract.

From the moment when the Buyer, after choosing the product to be purchased in the online store and creating a shopping cart, completes all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method, it is considered that the legal relationship of purchase and sale has arisen between the Seller and the Buyer and a purchase and sale contract has been concluded.

Buyer’s rights

The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store www.valiustv.lt (hereinafter – Electronic store), following these Rules and the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The buyer has the right to refuse the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

The buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the rules.

The buyer has other rights established in these Rules and in the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Obligations of the buyer

The buyer must pay for the ordered goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

The buyer must fulfill all his other obligations set out in these Rules and not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller’s rights

The seller has the right to suspend or terminate the operation of the Electronic Store. In this case, all accepted and confirmed orders of Buyers are completed and new orders are not accepted.

The seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on www.valiustv.lt.

If the Buyer tries to harm the stability, security of the Electronic Store or fails to fulfill his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the Electronic Store immediately and without prior warning and is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.

The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.

The seller has other rights established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Obligations of the seller

The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the Electronic Store.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept the goods returned by the Buyer under the conditions stipulated in the Rules.

If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous or similar product as far as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the product, which was offered as analogous or similar, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days, if prepayment was made. In this case, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-delivery of the goods.

The Seller, not agreeing to the Buyer’s requirements, must provide the user with a detailed, motivated written answer no later than within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s request, unless the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union stipulate otherwise.

Price of goods, payment procedure

The prices of goods in the Electronic Store are indicated in euros.

We have a contract with Paysera partners for the collection of contributions.

The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods using electronic banking;

When the Seller receives payment for the goods, the order for the goods is confirmed and the delivery time for the goods begins.

The price of the goods cannot change after the Seller has confirmed the order, except in cases where. the price of the product has changed due to a technical error in the information systems or other objective reasons beyond the control of the Seller. If in this case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the product at a new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller about this within 2 (two) working days. Upon cancellation of the order in accordance with the procedure provided for in this point, all amounts paid by the Buyer are returned to the Buyer.

We resolve all disputes with our customers, disputes that do not reach a common agreement can be resolved by court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

EXCHANGE AND ENHANCEMENT TERMS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods by notifying the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of handing over the goods to him without giving a reason.

The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the cancellation of the sales contract by submitting a clear statement, which sets out his decision to cancel the contract. The seller’s contacts are indicated in the Electronic Store. After receiving the Buyer’s notification, the Seller immediately sends a confirmation of receipt of the notification.

The buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of handing over the goods to replace the purchased goods with similar goods of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness. If a price difference occurs when exchanging goods, the Buyer must settle with the Seller according to the recalculated prices.

After receiving the goods, the Seller undertakes to replace them with the same goods only in the shape, size, color, model or completeness specified by the Buyer. If the Seller does not have a product suitable for replacement, he returns the money paid for the product to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller received the Buyer’s notification of the desire to exercise this right, and if the Buyer’s Product is not returned to the Seller, the term provided for in this point is calculated from the day the Product is returned to the Seller.

The Buyer agrees that the money will be returned to the Buyer’s bank account, unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.

Defects in the sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Rules and taking into account the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer can exercise the right to return the goods only if the deadline for returning the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not fundamentally changed, and they have not been used. All returned goods must be with original labels, protective bags and original packaging, together with the product documents and purchase documents.

The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned goods. Fragile goods must be packed so that they can be transported safely.

In all cases of returning goods, the Buyer must first of all contact the representative of UAB “Valius” using the contacts indicated in the Electronic Store and only after coordinating the issue of returning the goods with the representative of UAB “Valius”. When returning or exchanging quality goods, the customer pays the costs of returning the goods.

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in the Rules.

The Buyer must pay for the costs of delivering the goods and the costs of returning the goods, and the Seller, who is convinced that the goods were returned due to inadequate quality, must reimburse the Buyer for the costs of delivery and return incurred by him.

Money will not be returned for those goods that have been damaged intentionally or due to negligence (affected by chemicals, water, open fire, high temperature, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules of use or storage of the goods have been violated, or the goods have been used improperly or not according to their intended purpose. .

If the wrong goods were delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but no later than within 7 (seven) working days. The seller undertakes to pick up such goods and replace them with suitable goods at his own expense. In case the Seller does not have the ordered goods, he returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money to the Buyer is returned to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller received the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract, and if the Product is not returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the term provided for in this point is calculated from the day the Product is returned to the Seller.

The Seller has the right not to return the sums paid to the User until the goods are returned to the Seller and checked for conformity.
